1. Service overview

HumanCoreID provides a Trust Level 1 (TL1) HumanCoreID does not create a persistent personal identity and does not track users across services or sessions. Human verification system that confirms the presence of a human user at the time of verification.

HumanCoreID is not:

  • A government-issued identity document
  • A legal form of identification
  • A biometric identification system

2. Service status

HumanCoreID TL1 is provided as an early-stage trust service. System logic, availability, and verification mechanisms may evolve over time.

3. User obligations

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Complete verification personally
  • Refrain from the use of automation, scripts, emulation, or any attempt to bypass verification mechanisms.

4. No guarantees

HumanCoreID is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Acceptance by third parties is not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of liability

HumanCoreID is not responsible for:

  • Decisions made by third parties based on a HumanCoreID
  • Interpretation or misuse of a HumanCoreID
  • Indirect or consequential damages

6. Suspension

Access may be restricted or suspended in cases of abuse, fraud, or system manipulation.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law, including GDPR where relevant.

8. Service availability

HumanCoreID aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
